The video step needs a desktop or laptop browser that can record your camera and share your screen. Chrome, Edge or Firefox on Windows, macOS or Linux all work. Phones and tablets cannot share a screen, so they cannot be used for this step.

Everything here is required unless marked optional. It takes about five minutes.
We record two things side by side: your camera with your voice, and your screen. Both are required. Nothing is recorded until you press start on the next step.
Close anything private before you share. The recording keeps running for the full two minutes, and whatever is on your screen is part of it.
Three questions, about forty seconds each. They are drawn at random and you are seeing them for the first time — that is the point. Speak like you would to a client.

Watch it back if you want. You can re-record twice; after that, the last take is the one we receive.
