- Information you submit when contacting SocioDigitals for legal, support, or product questions.

- create and manage Socioclip projects;
- prepare source media for analysis and clip generation;
- generate, edit, and render short-form video outputs;
- package or publish content to third-party platforms when you request that action;
- maintain product security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot failures;

4. When we share data

- Platform integrations you trigger: if you choose TikTok publishing or similar features, the selected content and related publishing metadata may be sent to that platform.

Socioclip may interact with third-party services such as YouTube for source handling and TikTok for packaging or publishing flows. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, privacy policies, API rules, and platform decisions. SocioDigitals is not responsible for how a third-party platform independently stores, reviews, moderates, or distributes your content once it is transmitted to that platform.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Socioclip, maintain project history, troubleshoot issues, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on file size, workflow status, support needs, and compliance requirements.
